The principles of raising a child with mental illness.
NAMI Basics is a 6-session education program for parents, caregivers and other family who provide care for youth (ages 22 and younger) who are experiencing mental health symptoms. This program is free to participants, 99% of whom say they would recommend the program to others.
Skills Building Group
A special offering from NAMI Whatcom.
Come to learn skills to cope with mental illness, whether it's for you yourself or a family member or friend. The group will also cover NAMI's Principles fo Support, self-care and communication skills, among other weekly topics.
