Your contribution matters.

And it makes our free programs possible. When you give to NAMI Whatcom, you impact the lives of hundreds of people in the community who suffer from mental illness. As a nonprofit organization we often struggle to raise funds for our many resources and programs that are essential to the well-being of our clients. We hold deep gratitude for the people who donate money to our cause. Many of our programs would not be possible without the support of our members and donors.

Donations (or Membership dues) help support the costs of:
  • Our two, part-time employees
  • NAMI Classes (Family-to-Family, Peer-to-Peer, and more)
  • NAMI Support Groups (Connections, Family Support Group)
  • Community Education Forums
  • Community Conversation Programs
  • NAMI In Our Own Voice Presentations
  • NAMI Ending the Silence
  • NAMI Sharing Your Story With Law Enforcement
  • Office operations
  • Outreach efforts
  • Stigma Stomp
  • Library use, Monthly newsletter, Advocate Magazine...
  • and a lot more!
